As a Remote Loan Origination Specialist Position , you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless qualification for and enrollment in a loan program that works for the client. You will be responsible for assisting candidates with the enrollment process, answering their questions, and guiding them through the necessary steps to become part of our elite talent pool of loan specialists. Proficiency with computers and phone acumen is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct calls with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Assist clients in completing all required enrollment forms and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex enrollment issues.
- Meet or exceed company targets and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or enrollment-related roles is a plus.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate various software programs.
