As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Star City Recruiting, you will be the cornerstone of our exceptional member support. Your responsibilities will include assisting members with enrollment, addressing their inquiries, and facilitating their journey to join our esteemed talent network. Proficiency in computer systems and virtual communication tools like Zoom is vital for excelling in this position, as you will conduct virtual enrollment sessions to ensure a seamless experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
-Facilitate conflict resolutions and customer assistance through Zoom, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
-Guide members in updating all necessary enrollment forms and documentation.
-Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly and professionally addressing member inquiries and concerns.
-Maintain precise and current records of member benefit details.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate various software programs.
- Familiarity with Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
Compensation and Benefits:
- OTE: $42,000 - $48,000 annually
