As a Remote Customer Enrollment Specialist at Star City Recruiting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless enrollment process for our candidates. You will be responsible for assisting candidates with the enrollment process, answering their questions, and guiding them through the necessary steps to become part of our elite talent pool. Proficiency with computers and Zoom is essential for success in this role, as you will be conducting virtual enrollment sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual enrollment sessions with candidates via Zoom, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

- Assist candidates in completing all required enrollment forms and documentation.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate enrollment information.

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex enrollment issues.

- Stay up-to-date with Star City Recruiting's talent pool and client requirements to provide accurate information to candidates.

- Meet or exceed enrollment targets and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

- Previous experience in customer service or enrollment-related roles is a plus.

- Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate various software programs.

- Familiarity with Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.

- Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.

Compensation and Benefits:

- OTE: $76,000 - $92,000 annually
